Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us.  If you purchase prints via the PayPal link be advised your privacy is also  governed by PayPal's Privacy Policy.  The purchase information passed to us by Pay Pal is only used to fulfill your order and is kept on file the length of time required by law for income tax purposes..  We DO NOT sell your email address or any other information you provide us.  We DO NOT send spam regarding our services.  We will contact you via telephone or email if there are questions regarding your order.  

If you order via facsimile the same policy applies.  The information is kept on file for the amount of time required by law for income tax purposes.


Records are not kept on any web server.  Records and Emails may be saved on a computer that does connect to the internet on occasion however it is protected by a commercial grade fire wall.  NO CREDIT CARD information is saved on a computer.

The Gallery portion of our site MAY use cookies to readily identify you, however we DO NOT utilize  cookies in any manner to follow up on sales or track your browsing. To be honest, we are photographers and enjoy creating images that you can cherish for a lifetime that is why we said MAY use cookies. We really do not know if it does.

Most all Hosting sites generate a log file.  Our Host does generate a log file daily.  On occasion we may look at a log file and it can tell us what ip address you were referred by.  It also tells us how many visits we are getting and what pages you are viewing most often. However, like we say, we are photographers and  do not save this information and each log is replaced with the next day's log file.
